Unlike many outdoor event locations, this means no three-mile hike to reach the grounds, difficult terrain to cross, or full exposure to the elements, all of which can easily ruin your event.

Our hosting space is right off Route 11 and easily accessible to everyone, regardless of their age, accessibility needs, and relaxation preferences.

Beautiful Views

Carefully designed and crafted by a landscaping expert, our grounds look beautiful year-round, but especially shine from spring to winter.

At these times, you can enjoy the sight of beautiful greens on a shaded summer day, colorful accent leaves in the fall, or a cozy blanket of fresh snow in the winter.

There’s also other nature amenities to enjoy here. You can lounge by a pond and watch the fish or ducks, go for a nature walk, or go on a scavenger hunt for a family of hidden Sasquatch statues.

The Pavilion

No discussion of our hosting space could be complete without talking about our pavilion space. The center hub of all our events.

Sized for a maximum occupancy of 200 people, the pavilion has plenty of table seating, additional lounge chairs outside, and dedicated spaces for cooking and campfires.

It’s nestled beside one of largest ponds, and can be customized in countless ways to bring your special event to life.

The Hitching Post is only a short walk from our event hosting area, providing additional meal options.

With their help, your guests are sure to find a meal they like, and it means less hassle and planning for you, meaning that you can focus on what’s important…

And best of all, we’re still a campground!

This means that at the end of the day when your event is through, your guests don’t need to make a long trek to a far-away hotel or site. They can stay late stress free and have fun knowing that lodging is within easy walking distance.
